MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING (MPT) 

1:1 COACHING

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For athletes and performers who want to learn the foundational mental skills to improve performance and well-being. Recommended for individuals aged 16 +

How it works

We start with a single intake session to understand where you are, what you're working on, and leave with some tangible strategies to implement right away. From there, ongoing work is structured as an optional monthly retainer — we build and follow up on your game as needed.

 

Intake Session — $125.00

  • 60 minutes coaching session (virtual)

  • Mental Assessment Profile (MAP) — psychometric data to assess current level of mental performance and identify areas for development

Monthly Retainer — $200.00/month

  • 2 x 30-minute sessions per month

  • Access to a resource HUB with worksheets and tools to help you continue training on your own, including 40 guided mindfulness audio clips (sample here), and an e-book copy of my book

  • Continued support via e-mail, call, or text between sessions

  • Billed monthly if you would like to continue

Note: Flow Performance does not treat or diagnose mental illness. In such a case, a referral will be made, but work can still continue in regards to performance enhancement.

*Note: Sessions are done via remote video chat (Whereby or Google Meet)

Sliding scale is available for University/College students, and for those who require financial support.
